I think you answered my question.
You're welcome, anytime...I think you answered my question.
Very Trumpian tactic Notch, attack the personality and ignore he issues. I expect better things of you.The Himmie breakdown pattern:
Stage 1) start ranting about racism
Stage 2) start thread complaining how the mods are biased
Stage 3) get banned
Stage 4) rejoin with new user name
Stage 5) go to stage 1)
Thanks for your comments, Notch, It gave me cause for thought. The Himmie breakdown pattern:
Stage 1) start ranting about racism
Stage 2) start thread complaining how the mods are biased
Stage 3) get banned
Stage 4) rejoin with new user name
Stage 5) go to stage 1)
You are either being deliberately stupid, or you're trolling.
My full post was
post #133
Provided it meets the definition of "riot" as per the act,
Which is exactly the part of my quote that you chopped out, then said that my post was incorrect because it was absent...........
I am struggling to understand how a non-violent protest could result in damage? But in any case there only needs to be the threat of violence and a perceived risk to safety and it's a riot.
No 'if' about it. Why sign up with a new identity though instead of just a name change when you reappear though? Are you embarrassed by your previous personas?when and if I disappear again
I've no desire to recreate the discussion all over again.Thanks.
I took a break from posting as folks clearly couldn’t understand, or chose to ignore, what I was posting was the legislation and any event needs to meet the criteria of a riot for the RCA to be in effect.
Very frustrating when someone you’ve previously respected from their postings keeps telling you that you are wrong when you are not.
Why commit fraud, when for a couple of hundred Euros and you could have been perfectly legit? (prior to 2020)No 'if' about it. Why sign up with a new identity though instead of just a name change when you reappear though? Are you embarrassed by your previous personas?
I obviously had more money than what I knew to do with. Why commit fraud, when for a couple of hundred Euros and you could have been perfectly legit? (prior to 2020)
You could still re-register your car, kept permanently in Spain, on Spanish plates.
Except now, since Brexit, it would probably cost you a couple of thousand Euros.
Brexit eh? What a bu99er.
But it hasn't affected you, except to cause you to commit multiple cases of fraud.
Why sign up with a new identity though instead of just a name change when you reappear though? Are you embarrassed by your previous personas?
It's been explained by Notch, motorbiking, filly, andydevon, brigadier and others.Right. Your turn to answer a question, same one:
The Himmie breakdown pattern:
Stage 1) start ranting about racism
Stage 2) start thread complaining how the mods are biased
Stage 3) get banned
Stage 4) rejoin with new user name
Stage 5) go to stage 1)
That’s just you. You see, when you play nice and don’t troll, you don’t get banned, so you don’t have to constantly come back with a different user name and annoy people…
No it doesn't. It says that the poster was banned for having a "racist mantra".
That the user(name)s have been banned,
But that is before you get banned for the nonsense you spout about what a woman is.
Preparing a new identity before being banned.
Not to mention the total absence of intelligence and morals.I obviously had more money than what I knew to do with.
And you openly admit to committing fraud on several levels and over a period of seven years.the penalties include unlimited fines and/or a prison sentence of up to 10 years
If you are talking to me, do you think I should ignore mottie's persistent ridiculous questions?Grow the fooj up.
No, I’m asking you. You asked me. I answered. I did say anybody else has answered for me. So go on, you answer otherwise don’t bother asking any more questions of anybody if you are going to swerve answering and let others answer for you.Instead of asking me for an answer that many have already provided, I suggest you discuss it with them.
