The 2011 note has been superseded. The 2013 note is not available.

I see the thread has been hijacked, so there's no point trying to continue.

He/she/it, is a well known troll of the forum - the main aim of which is to test your patience. Do not get drawn in.
Put it on ignore (y)
Now you are just trolling
Himmy will ALWAYS take a thread off topic and start quoting the most bizarre examples once you catch him out.

Good. You’ve shut down two threads today already - were you going for a third?
It's absolutely obvious to anyone who has gate crashed this one and shut it down with their usual versions of their contributions.
It even looks like an organised gate crash, rather like the RWR violent demonstrations.

I thought you said you were not going continue in this thread?
And like your pattern of law breaking, your proud of your achievement in closing down the thread.
It was your intention, and you achieved it.

This will only cover you for events defined as a riot, and claims must be made to the RCA within 43 days after the riot ended.
Thanks for that.

Oh dear Himmie is having one of his meltdowns

Any debate about racism causes the poor chap to suffer a glitch
I don't think anyone has mentioned racism in this thread, not today so far.
I suggest you review the thread.

You have just joined the trolls who intended to close down the discussion with their pointless comments.
