Rubberbond EPDM / DuoPly EPDM - same product?

I am researching EPDM roofing products - and have been looking in particular at Rubberbond fleece backed EPDM. I understand this product is only available to registered installers (unless anyone knows otherwise?).

Now I have just come across DuoPly fleece backed EPDM which is available to purchase by anyone. I am wondering if it is in fact the same product as Rubberbond. It has the same roll sizes, pre-applied tape & accessories (moulded walkways / fixings / fasteners etc) that seem to be available with Rubberbond.

Both distributed in the UK by Flex-R
