For some reason the document download link shows the band B boiler rather than the band A but then again it is a Sabre. It is actually a Vokera Easi heat plus , if there isnt MIs for this in the CCR let me know and I will send you a copy

Got to say that the engineer should have made more of an effort of contact the LL though in person.

Just needs damn good going over , not a new boiler

I think IMHO this could be sorted out without too much bother by the way I'm not 24 hrs either
if you have to work on that basis you must have high prices I'd be knackered in a week

If you are unsure about the engineer then speak to Gas Safe they are always happy to get involved, especially with a serious safety issue such as this.
