FFS, there is no law breaking. Refugees are legally entitled to enter a foreign country and claim asylum.It's the same principle that is the cornerstone of all societal law and order. If you break the law you will be punished, so the deterrence is to not break the law as the punishment outweigh the action.
Obviously if people know they can break the law and then will receive a load of benefits, they will continue to do so
If you persist in predicating your argument on a false premise, all you are doing is demonstrating your head-in-the-sand approach.
