So no different to usual, then. Having this slouching, shambolic, incomprehensible train-wreck representing our country once before was bad enough - now he is an international laughing stock it would be almost unbearable

The monarch/king will appoint who they are told to appoint.

Tell me, how many times in your lifetime have you been out supporting strikers on the picket line? Or protesting wrong doing? (I actually got arrested outside the South Africsn embassy many years ago. BOSS had my mug shot). But thanks for reminding me of my right to protest, which the Tories want to remove. Maybe now I'm walking better I'll go and support strikers at the Post Office or train depots on the picket lines. And I'll certainly go back to working for the Labour Party - as a trained one time election agent there's maybe something I could do to upset the apple cart of our local Tory MP even if it's just deliver leaflets or produce newsletters.
So, now you've heard my side, WTF have you done?

Deflection. A lot of it isn't caused by Ukraine, and well you know itthis Ukranie caper has caused a slight problem
the monarh will ask the person ? if they can form a government ? if they say yes than the monarch will appoint that person as the PM
technically the monarch can / could refuse ?

no PM is elected by the electorate
no PM is elected by a political party
