I take it you just link L1 and L2
Wouldn't just be the neutral, it'd be the live as well given they're linked. The cable looks to say 30A on it, 7400w is around 30aHmmmm... but that could lead to the neutral being overloaded (since there will be no cancellation between L1 & L2)
What cross-section is the flex?
After diversity - 16A.7400w is around 30a

Right you are, was looking at VDE upside down. The manual from the website indicates it should be linked, doesn't mention 3 phase wiring so I take it this model is sold in the EU as well. Not sure I've ever seen a cable that has a current rating on it...... number of cores & cross-section - yes. Voltage rating - yes... but never a current rating.
I read 450/750V rating & its type H07RNF. Where do you see a current rating?
Pretty sure the diagram is indicating using 2 phases of a standard 400v 3 phase supply.Mainly for France with split phase, however the voltages are wrong, split phase would be 230 - 0 - 230 or 460 volt, three phase would be 230 - 0 - 230 or 400 volt.
But still just join the L1 and L2.
