Hi, I have a Smeg Oven - SFP109S and it is currently stuck in showroom mode. I’ve tried following the instructions in the manual to access the secondary menu to turn of showroom mode, however I can’t access the secondary menu, everytime I try the oven resets itself and take you back to the flashing clock. Does anyone have any experience with this at all? I have tried contacting Smeg directly and they just keep telling me to access the secondary menu - which I can’t!!!

Many thanks

So you have set the clock then waited, then when that is stable you have tried this process but it has then gone back to flashing clock. Is that correct
HOW TO ENTER THE SECONDARY MENU
• When the oven is on standby turn the far left control knob, to activate the light.
• Press and hold down the control for at least 5 seconds
• Options for the secondary menu will appear and can be changed by moving the dial to the right.
• Once the desired option is found, press in the dial to select this option. Turn the dial right or left
to turn the option on or off.

I know exactly how you feel. I can only tell you to persevere and hopefully, like me, you'll get there in the end:
