Saw a clip recently of someone parking a stretch limo like that - think Tiff Needell was presenting.
You know.... how often is that said? the joke about men telling women that 3 inches is really 6 inches and various plays on that.
It is true though!!!
Nearly wet myself because joiners were working in the kitchen and cutting some trim.
They and my hubby were joking about the mens and womens inches thing and having a laugh.
but
then innaccurately cut the length of trim!!!
So its definately true... you guys have really do think in larger than life measurements!!

I blame it on me Carry-on upbringing, but not wishing to deny my past reminds me of a joke, more visual, but will give it a go!
Guy goes back to this woman's place for a bit of how's ya father
They both get undressed and are getting into it then the woman starts complaining that he's not quite up to it for her
She says, I would prefer this (indicating the length of her arm from her elbow), wouldn't mind this (indicating the length of her wrist to her fingertip), but what is this! (wiggling the end of her little finger )
Bloke's a bit taken aback, but quick as a flash replies,
Well, dear, I would also prefer this (indicating a small crack made by putting his two fingertips together of his ring and little fingers), I wouldn't mind this (putting his two thumbs and two forefingers together), but what is this! (putting his hand on his hip indicating a hole the size of a bucket! )

As we have turned to jokes, here is my addition
This couple are very traditional - got married without having 'experienced' each other before. On the honeymoon the woman confesses to him that she is rather 'small' in the lower department. The man says that she should not worry as he also has a confession to make - he utters that he is "hung like a baby".
They decide that as this a new experience for them both, it would be better if they got ready for bed in different rooms, so the guy goes into the bathroom. As he re-appears the woman's jaw drops. The guy has this enormous 'thing' dangling below his knees. She said, "I thought you said you were hung like a baby".
He replied, "I am 14 inches long and 8lbs"

Toffee, the very same thing happened when our mate was fitting our kitchen. Except it was with a very expensive piece of worktop and he said it was my fault for making him laugh
