Never automatically assume that labelling of consumer units is correct, often it is not (more often than some might think - never assume).
I have come across loads of cases where not.
Some might well start off correct as such then get mucked about a time or three, some might never have been correct from day one,
Try it, verify it, then lock off/disconnect it but then after all of that treat it with care - avoid being startled by your own mortality.
One "Old Chestnut" is for the consumer unit/dist board not to be labelled but the but the fuse/breaker is, then they get unplugged and subsequently plugged back in to the wrong position.
Always make your labelling as clear and unambiguous as possible and as foolproof as possible and less likely to suffer accidental changing.
Then, as always, take bloody care!
It only takes a fraction of a second to make you dead, it takes a lifetime of care to keep you alive.
