Most of Central and Eastern Europe was occupied by the Soviet Empire until after 1990, and Putin seeks to recreate it.

Didn't those occupied countries aid and abet Hitler in his invasion of Russia, an invasion which cost the lives of 20 million Russian citizens.


Ukrainians ran the death camps under the supervision of Nazi overseers.
The Croats were enthusiastic Nazis along with the Hungarians until they realised that Hitler was a loser, then they changed sides.
Italians were the same.
