Hypothetical question

what will Nato do if

Putin used tactical nukes against Ukraine ?

russians leaving Russia ???
Some reports and various reason. Fearing conscription and future economic problems are all I have really heard in interviews and one I don't want a war. People she knows who live in Ukraine mentioned in particular.

At least one pundit explained why 3 Ikea stores shut down in Russia clearly. If they could get stuff their no way to get at the money and given what has happened to the Ruble it would cost more. That will apply to a number of things ;) Bit like brexit and ordinary people trying to buy from the EU. Have to buy from domestic sources if they can. Usually still imports here though. There have been reports that Russia has been dropping off it's level of imports in recent years.

Very recently added to the web, like 5hrs ago but official USA sources say much the same with a recent drop 12 1/2 thousand - so far maybe. Who knows.
In 2020, the U.S. imported about 27.7 million barrels of crude oil from Russia, which represented a 1.3% of total crude oil imports. The U.S. imported its bulk from Canada—more than 1.3 billion barrels, or 61% of America's 2.2 billion imports.

The media is throwing out imponderables. If Russia has them all probably do. In terms of the power of what we have all we know is what we are told.

The only bomb that has been seen as tactical is the neutron version. I've always thought these were low yield but the wiki reckons 1 to 1 1/2 mtonne in a conventional sense.
