I find this a lot. I put a pipe through a solid wall and on the other side I want to use a pushfit elbow and run the pipe down the wall, but the elbow is so big that the pipe won't lie close to the wall . I guess burying the end of the elbow is not a good idea. How do you do it?

I use a brass compression elbow, copper olives and pipe inserts......tucks things in well.
