Well done soggy, you deserve an award.
Just a thought but does football and spitting go hand in hand.
God knows how many of them spit during a match, but it just shows how thick most of them are as they seem to forget that they will be the ones falling, diving, and sliding in the muck during the match.
Im amazed that nobody has yet caught an infection from all the carp that must be on the pitches.
Probably this is where all the thickos outside the ground get the habit from.

Just a quick update.
Im on a charge for ABH and affray. Will be in court within 3 months.
Have now had 2 interviews with the police and (without all the bullcarp), I have damaged his confidence, he is scared to go out in public and he is experiencing (sic) nightmares. Poor lad? His eye socket is broken and needs surgery - I didnt mean that to happen. He cannot work as I put him in Hospital for 5 days. I didnt mean that aswell.
But I did do that, and I suppose it was wrong. All he did was spit, and I levelled him badly.
Its just such an insult to be spat on!

The poor lad is scared to go out, Has lost confidence, has nightmares. Oh! What a shame. He deserves all of that and should have thought about it before he tried to insult you. The fact that he is frightened to go out in public - well that is one up for all of us guys then.
Shame about the work bit, but I bet he never worked a day in his miserable little life any way.
The eye socket thing is a bit of an unfortunate result, but I am sure it sounds a lot worse than it is. I hope you can plead aggravated circumstances.
I still wish you were my Mate - the little bast**d deserves all he got.
I really hope your plea in mitigating circumstances is taken into account and you get a slapped wrist for being a naughty boy and then given the freedom of the City of Liverpool. We need more of people like you around to teach these toe rags a lesson.

soggy if you have a clean record, a good solicitor and your mate acts as a witness then I'm sure you'll get a fine and community service.
All the best and he got what he deserves. He'll just be laying it on thick for a compensation claim, I wouldn't feel guilty-you should be proud that you stood up for yourself.

I have a feeling that things will not turn out well this time, and its my fault really. Anyway, he's learned his lesson and I did wrong.
If things work out, I wont go down (again). Ill leave it at that for now.

you got in 1st and fair play to you anything could have happened if you had just walked away, the yobs could have thought he's an easy target and things could have got out of hand.......but you nipped it in the bud and walked away, the yob got his just reward for his vile behaviour and hopefullly will be too scared to leave his house ever again making the streets a nicer place and maybe his dumbass mates will think twice as well
