Spot the 'deliberate' mistake

That is surprising on two counts: that this was installed this way to begin with (no EIC??) in council property where public access is possible and that it has not been picked up subsequently on I&T's.

Or are you the first I&T since installation of that board?

I think we are probably doing the first inspection since the board went in.

Unfortunatly the caretaker has only worked there for a couple of years, so we were unable to get much history of the installation.

There is of course no paperwork for any of the installation.

The rest of the installation is in a much better condition. It is just this one board.

I was being very careful not to do it that 3rd time.
