Was that a battery saw. Stihl use the small cutter narrow kerf chains to extend battery runtime, they aren't low kick back.I binned the low kickback chain that came with my makita chainsaw, it was very safe but wouldn’t cut anything. Swapped it for an Oregon with a more aggressive tip which made a huge difference. But they need sharpening regularly and even a bit of soil stuck in the bark will blunt the chain almost instantly. A sharp spare is useful in those circumstances
