was cloudy early AM, brightened up and went nice until about 1700, then clouded over again and just showered here in Lincolnshire

well there's a funny thing

just looked at the sat pic, and most of GB is in cloud. But here there is a sunny window over me !

few spots of lightening. But none here at the moment

and the rainfall rad shows nothing for me just now

i live in southampton and spend my weekends working on the canal, 10 miles south of guildford. the weather has been lovely yesterday and today, out in the sun, marvellous!!

Stopping an afternoon is a clever trick, how you do that ? Did it not then prevent you going indoors ?
