Not complaining about the test one way or t'other.

What I do not like is the leaking of Govn plans, which are then watered down or scrapped all together .... Unlike plans to 'soak' the motorist or council tax payer ... These plans are usually implemented.

Should I feel 'hard done by', given I am, as yet not an Imam... but a motorist and contributing CT payer ?
