Testo 325

Hi all I have a testo 325 which is about 2-3 years old not 100% about age.
I went to analyse a burner today and the readings were way out, the co2 was very low 5%, and the o2 was 13% I know for a fact the burner is ok and set to about 9% co2.
Has anyone had this problem with a testo before as this is the second time i will have to send it off to testo to FIX ! it.
The last time testo said there was a washer missing but i cant see how there could have been as it just started today.
Any help would be apprecited.

called an air leak, use the leak detection function.
or send it calibration, but be sure its not stolen

I am not sure it has a leak detection function but will get it from van now to have a look. Its not stolen its company been off 3mths ago with same problem.
