The probably with the system is com ip is its commutation with the app, ie sending out alerts and then trying to connect back in.
If the udl pass code is in wintex and correct internal ip address and your connecting internally with wintex shouldnt be a a problem unless com ip is sending messages out at the time you try and connect.
The app connection won’t work either if something else is connected to the panels com ip.
