They all seem to vary a bit, South West Water are great at providing a map (they'll happily look it up there and then whilst you're on the phone and email it straightaway so you can both be staring at the same thing but don't ask for a second CCTV and generally you can deal with the same person throughout.

Oh nice - in my case they are asking me to pay for the surveys. Did you pay or was it part of the application fee
