Why do you ask such a question
Can a plumber really install a gas boiler...shock!

Some sanctimonious **** on here took great pleasure in stating that plumbing and gas fitting were two different trades. Yet miraculously a plumber can actually fit a gas boiler and the skills are identical.

Who knew.

Plumber/plumbing describes somone who works with water or sanitation. A Gas engineer describes somone who can work with gas....

A gas engineer can work with water and sanitation.

A plumber can't work with Gas.

You can't work with facts.

We can call you idiot.

No not unless hes a gas engineer. Also need to hold Part L building certificates
I'll go on.
Can a plumber fit an uvented cylinder? (to the right)
No not unless he holds the right certificates to fit unvented cylinders. He then needs to have certificates that are Wras approved for water regulations. To be able to even take the course.

So without the right certificates or qualifications Plumbers can't install a boiler or a unvented hot water cylinder.

I can. Have you checked your plumbers have all the right certs? Theres big fines. You know...

Nah, a plumber works with lead
The meaning of the word plumber originates from the Latin word 'Plumbum', meaning lead

Difference between a plumber and gas engineer: about £200 a day or more :ROFLMAO:

Yes the early hours of this morning I was awake and on Morphine. But I can explain one at a time
what do you not understand... And I will go through it with you...

It's a bit one sided. I ask question... You don't answer. But I'll answer yours.

Ok, so what point are you making?

a person earning £8 an hour as a cleaner isnt enough -is your argument.
what is your solution?

you seem to be suggesting that market forces should mean higher wages, provided there is full employment.....is that your solution?

Youve just backed me up again. Thanks

A plumber can only now use lead with regards to roofing.
He can no longer ues it to supply water to a property. Only convert it.

. For a booked plumbing call out hourly rate will be £60. Gas £75.

Al be it I think plumbing is the most skilled out of the two.

If pricing a bathroom compared to a heating job then there's not a lot in it.

No its not. My original point was that these big football clubs could afford to pay more.
Then the conversation moved on

This explains your confusion. I'll try to go slowly.. OK. Is that OK.

Yes and that would be the case if we stopped free movement like Boris says he's going to do.
yeah -that isnt a solution.

the Tories have peddled the argument that low wages are due to immigration, they arent.

It often isnt even about wage levels, it is all to do with cost of living. A great deal of poverty in this country is due to high living costs -mostly rent.

market forces will never solve inequality, so the idea that full employment will force up wages is not a solution.

Your arguments always end up going back to blaming the issues of this country on immigration, yet when questioned, you deny it and say you dont have a problem with immigration. We go round and around.
