Does anyone know of anything/product which may increase the sensitivity of skin?

Some "warming linements" used for aches, pains and rheumatism contain skin irritants, to make the skin pink and warm and take your mind off the original pain.

Might not be a good idea to use them on "sensitive parts" though,

Try putting a woman on them. It works for me.

An ex-girlfriend of mine used Ralgex on her aching knee one night before getting into bed. She then thought it would be funny to rub her knee against my crotch whilst we were cuddled up together.
I ended up running into the bathroom because it was so hot and I stood over the sink and splashed loads of cold water over my weapon to try and cool it. The cold water actually made it worse!!

Funny now but not at the time

would that be firey Jack-off  like a chilly pepper under your prepuce
