The thing is with this one i think there is more than 1 universe i reckon they are like the galaxy,s millions if not billions of universes and so into inner space which is even more mind boggling but i will leave this for know has i am on the verge if not solved the riddle of the skys.

if this experiment works and they do create a mini black hole only for a fraction of a second the earth and surrounding planets will be sucked into this microscopic man made black hole

Unless our universe is already infinite - and our best guess right now is that it isn't - then it is difficult to avoid this conclusion. I can think of just two possible reasons why there would not be an infinite number of universes right here in three dimensional space:

1) The presence of one gravitational field blocks the creation of any more universes. That's pure speculation, given that we have no idea how even one universe can appear out of nothing.

2) Our concept of space is wrong and there is nowhere outside of our known, finite (?) universe in which another one could exist.

Note that if, as many physicists believe, our universe is closed then there is no possible way of answering the question.

PS: At the risk of getting a lot of people's backs up, I would add that if one god exists then there are surely many more. Time to go ---

Its not a guess, the universe cannot be infinite.

If it was infinite, with an infinite number of stars, no matter what point you looked at in the sky their would be a star.
And with an infinite amount of time for the light to reach us, the night sky would be pure white.
