He was in the car, and they dragged him out of it.
Why not just shut the doors?

Instead they dragged him out of the car, and Derek Chauvin knelt on is neck.
so he was in the back seat of a police car glad you noticed that in the video

Losing your memory?
and pray tell where in any of that does it say it was a justified killing you obviously struggle with scenario situations .
Are you on the white marching powder or drink because you are obviously seeing stuff that hasnt been written and worse quoting stuff that clearly doesnt say what you think it does

No he wasn't lying face down

But when he was, he wasn't a threat

You can tell me how you can shoot somebody when lying face down and hs fluffed behind your back

The point is not proven by a different scenario. A scenario in which somebody wasn't properly checked for a gun
so as i said he was laying down . And as i also as i said he was not laying down the whole time .So who said he would have been a threat laying down ?
Wasnt properly checked so your saying he was checked but not properly

Which you confirmed. Thanks for that.
So why was he dragged out again, forced face down so that Derek Chauvin could kneel on his neck and kill him?

You may not have actually said the killing was justified, but I pointed out the number of times you tried to justify the treatment of George Floyd which led to him being killed in custody.
It's like you've never actually said you support trump, but your posting history clearly demonstrates that you do.
just because someone is handcuffed doesnt mean they are no longer a threat .
.

what you dont think he could take a gun out of his waist band behind his back and angle a weapon side wards and fire it jesus you really do struggle with any sort of thought process .
You do realise handcuffs do not immobilise your hand and arm movements completely

was he laying face down the entire time he was handcuffed . NO . you clearly havent watched the entire arrest .
The point is proven by the death of the police officer a handcuffed person can still be a threat

He probably thinks they should just be made to sit on the naughty step till the paddy wagon turns up

Wasnt properly checked so your saying he was checked but not properly
You're all over the place as usual.
Notch said that he wasn't lying down all the time, but when he was, he was no threat so there was no need for any further restraint, like kneeling on his neck.

When Notch referred to not being properly checked for firearms, he wasn't referring to George Floyd, he was referring to the scenario you presented as evidence that being handcuffed is not a prevention of someone shooting a gun.

So the scenarios are not the same.

your argument only works if you simplify it to a binary point.

but real life is different
in real life George Floyd was lying on his front with his hands handcuffed behind him - so he wasn’t a threat, he couldn’t magic up a gun, your argument falls apart

Notch is against immobilising dangerous criminals that are known to carry guns .

He was lying on his front, handcuffed behind his back

he was immobilised

no need to be kneed in the neck
no need for the police officer not to check to see if he was ok.

So another one who has not watched the arrest videos was he initially standing up whilst cuffed and did they then sit him down on pavement .

So a copper has never been kicked and spat on by a handcuffed criminal whilst on the ground
