gas112 saviour.

The only time he starts to resist is when he's dragged back out of the car.
He obviously was concerned about the treatment he was about to receive, like all black men arrested in USA.
And he did receive inhumane and murderous treatment. He was right to be concerned. He was mudered a few minutes later by Derek Chauvin.
And the jury convicted him for murder.
So all the dross about being able to pull a gun was rubbish, he could have been searched at any time while he was compliant.
And all the rubbish about him resisting arrest was nonsense, he was pleading for his right to be afforded to him, and eventually for his life.
Derek Chauvin killed him despite his pleading for his life.

Watching the video I see the police doing what is clearly a very difficult job under difficult circumstances.
Was Chauvin responsible for his death, of course he was or he certainly contributed to it. It sounds to me like the Judge's direction to the jury was made to remove any possibility of any mitigating circumstances and their verdict should be fact based only. Not sure if that should always be the case.

Your attempted justifications for the killing of George Floyd by Derek Chauvin.
And what arguments would those be ?
oh go on amuse me quote where i said that ?

just because someone is handcuffed doesnt mean they are no longer a threat .
.

what you dont think he could take a gun out of his waist band behind his back and angle a weapon side wards and fire it jesus you really do struggle with any sort of thought process .
You do realise handcuffs do not immobilise your hand and arm movements completely

was he laying face down the entire time he was handcuffed . NO . you clearly havent watched the entire arrest .
The point is proven by the death of the police officer a handcuffed person can still be a threat

waste your own time loooking for it you will see they had him sitting , standing and in the back seat of the police car .
You obviously must think they had him straight on the ground then kneeling on his neck
Losing your memory?

Authorized use of force

The court also clarified rules on reasonable force by a police officer in the state of Minnesota.

"No crime is committed if a police officer’s actions were justified by the police officer’s use of reasonable force in the line of duty in effecting a lawful arrest or preventing an escape from custody."

So we just kill black men in USA, instead of arresting them?
The protests were fully justified. You've just confirmed it.

You consider starngling a handcuffed suspect, facedown on the ground, surrounded by about 5 other officers, who were just stood there watching, to be reasonable force?
You're off your trolley.

There wasn't a hope in hell of arresting him without using a degree of force, that's more than evident from the video.
He was in the car, and they dragged him out of it.
Why not just shut the doors?

Instead they dragged him out of the car, and Derek Chauvin knelt on is neck.

Notch is against immobilising dangerous criminals that are known to carry guns .
I think murdering them as an immobilisation tool goes too far. You're not seriously suggesting that murder is ok in this situation?

No he wasn't lying face down

But when he was, he wasn't a threat

You can tell me how you can shoot somebody when lying face down and hs fluffed behind your back

The point is not proven by a different scenario. A scenario in which somebody wasn't properly checked for a gun
