Torx are the best in my opinion, I was satisfied with the other options, but now I have found something better! Need to remember to use the correct bit tho.
They certainly drive better in bigger (structural) sizes, but they do cost a fair bit and they aren't suitable/available for everything (e.g. collated flooring screws, drywall screws, etc)
Big advantage I've found with Torx (larger screws) is you don't have to lean that hard on the driver for the screws to drive in. Very handy when you're messing on in tight corners.
Disadvantage- if the screws are in a floor (so carp has built up in the head) it's harder work to rake the carp out before removing the screw.
