Triton Aspirante internal leak

Good morning

I have what I believe is a Triton Aspirante shower in my en suite.

I appear to have a internal leak. (Shower works perfectly well), but when in use, water dripping out of the bottom of the casing.

I've attached a video of where the culprit part appears to be, Ideally looking for advice on if it's worth trying to fix?
