I was just randomly flicking through Disney+ and came across the sequal.
Now watching NCIS Hawaii - not impressed so far :cautious:

Had it off the wall and no reset button
So, what is the exact model number from the back panel label?

Perhaps the original retailer or Hisense support may have an idea of what to try next?

My bedroom 43A7500FT (also Vidaa OS)is still under a Richer Sounds warranty, should it play silly beggars like that. Pretty sure on first install it got much further before asking for a network / wifi password. Mine has a 'service' jack socket on the rear panel, but no obvious reset pinhole.
 
4 months, :eek::eek::eek:, I would never have survived the wifes wrath.

We have been like a misfit family.
All have been going to their beds on their pads and phones while I've been sitting downstairs alone.

Not missed the TV just us all sitting together watching TV and talking.
