Ukraine wont open the corridors today.
An ex uk chief of staff was asked for comments. Usual came up - Russia hopeless. The bit all wonder about. No shock and awe, slow progress. Since hearing that they sent 16,000 troops in for Kiev
I've thought Roman roads. Clear an area wide enough to protect troops all of the way to the centre. Not much help really when they get there. He also mentioned the longer term view. From Ukraine's point of view to avoid what is likely Russia need to give up at some point. The beeb followed that with an interview of a young Ukrainian MP. who gave the usual comments and requests.Zelensky has said that there will be gorilla action in areas Russia control. That probably means some civilians will get shot. Don't get me wrong but it can be used to provoke retaliation but even without that some who shouldn't be will probably be shot.
