ULEZ compliance anomalies

It is diesel, 2.2 CRDi 7 seat manual , euro4 but TFL says it's compliant, strange.

Ads on Autotrader say Euro 3, but they must be wrong.

It deffo isn't Euro 6 though, is it? I don't understand how it could be compliant. Quick thought.....
Can any Diesel engine be ULEZ compliant without Adblue?

My Passat and my daughters Renault master are compliant and don't have AdBlue.

Talking to a friend today and he said his motorbikes aren't compliant as the logbook says NA on the emission section. He is going to take them to a DVSA testing station and get them tested to see if they pass the emission test, chances are they will. The certificate is sent to the DVLA so the logbook can be amended to say it is compliant. Cars of a similar age may be the same, so they could be compliant if tested. Not cheap, he said about £175, but better than £12.50 a day.
