Unvented cylinder needs looking at - North London

Hi folks,

My unvented cylinder is now discharging almost continuously from the vent pipe. Varies between a fast drip and a low trickle and I'm now having to descale my car windscreen regularly.

Expansion vessel was replaced about a year ago following earlier problems where the vessel lost pressure over time.

Anyone cover the North London- Finchley area who is suitably qualified and willing to attend sometime later this week?

There are three possibilities, T&P valve, 6 bar PRV or the pressure reducing valve.
