Vaillant ecotech pro 24 problem with heating

Hi
I have just moved into a new house with a Vaillant ecotech pro 24 boiler.
on the first day the central heating and hot water were working fine but now only the hot water is working. The boiler seems to be firing up but cutting out before it gets started.

Any advise or thoughts on what might be causing it to cut out or how to fix the problem would be great
