I have a neighbour very much like you a Victor Meldrew type NO-LIFE here ...
I park my van an car at the back in my 4 car garage ,

he has NO garage (which needles him but he loves his lawn ,an I smile when my pussy ,Purdey goes does a poo on it , lol)
,
as we are in a nice resi area ,
he hates anyone DARING to upset him "personnally" by parking afront his house ..LOL LOL GET A FA**in LIFE

he is chair of the local neighbourhood watch
(or darkie watch as he laughing says at meetings ,urgh )
he I am sure is on here as one of you ,

as he is sooooooo pedantic an nutty as some here ,
he will fire off letters to the local paper an I just Know its him reg here next door
(I am thinking he is slogger as him an our asian world brothers ,just dont seem to get on )

see excert of old local paper when shown it he laughed an tapping nose said , "watch this space !"

Dear readers
Please be-aware the terrorists are in our community ,
I had to tell a coloured man to move his bomb van from the front of my property as if his terror bomb had gone off ,
well my house front would of been a mess ,an I have just had new hardwood windows put in an the explosion Im sure would of damaged them ,
my gutters were replaced by marley UPVC an I think an bomb would of melted those too ...

Anyway I rang the police after I tried to confront/arrest this "shady" man .

He was very uppity an abusive ,he threatened me violence
so I rang the police again,
an 3 squad pandas attended an after the 6 officers scuffling this rogue too the ground we had the bounder locked up .

On searching the van he didnt appear to have a bomb in the back ,
Thank God ...
but it will deter him next time he tries to bomb our street ..

this wretched man was charged with assualting a policeman an parking his van illegally,it was was not parked facing traffic ...
becareful these "type of people" are in our community

have you similar loonies in your community writing this to the free papers (what amazed me was they published this ...lol I thought viz had 1st dibs on the loonie posts )

I have often wondered if the parking of cars is such a contentious issue in other countries.

Over here, people treat their cars as precious machines to be looked after and cherished. However in many countries (France and Italy in my experience, but no doubt more) people treat their cars as tools to travel. You don't see frenchmen washing their cars.

So, perhaps it is a peculiarity of the Anglo-Saxon personality that we get so upset about the location of our cars with respect to imaginary lines projected from our property boundaries?

The funny thing is, a lot of people don't even realise they do it! Have you ever seen someone move their cars off the drive to "protect" the area outside the house from other cars and thought "What a sad get", only to think "Who the hell parked their car in front of my house?!" another time?

There was even a chap on my parents' road who would shout about people parking OPPOSITE his house (i.e. because they were visiting the house across the street!). He would move his car onto the road and double-park the other car... hurting no-one except any innocent bu**er who tried to drive up the road :LOL:

Standards of behaviour make a nice area my friend, not the size of houses, I never see a dog off the lead .. or pooing in the street especially not on a person's garden.

empip, it probably poo's on the neighbours lawn in the hope of getting attention as I doubt it gets much from our resident alcoholic..except a sore rear that is....eeeewwwwww :confused:
