D/t detector do all the lights go off if you keep still ?

I have tested and lights come on whenever there is a high heat and movement and when we stay stand still then they go off.

Any further suggestions?

Enter code **** press full , press omit , press 5 , press program go out does it set ? If so ok , now repeat set alarm , go into conservatory , does it go off ? If so that's not zone 5 , if not its zone 5 .... Come back for next step ...

Thank you. I did follow the above steps and omitted zone 5. Now I hear a single beep with a pause. So now zone 1 seems to be at fault. I then tried to omit zone 1 as well, but system does not allow to omit zone 1. This means there is fault at both zone 1 and 5?. And how to fix it

Ok , omit zone 5 keep still in front of keypad ( make sure any doors,if any on the system are closed) is zone 1 led lit on the keypad ?

Thank you. After omitting I see led lit on keypad for zones 1 and 5.

Other observation is when I press code, FULL, press Omit I see all led lit on, but led on zones 1 and 5 are flashing.
