You are spot on. It is mark 1.here we go its this version https://www.vokera.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/linea-28-mark-1-291012.pdf
It doesn't have a water pressure switch so the code can't be for that
if there is no water pressure switch then it can't be water pressure info going to the PCB, it just has a gauge by the look of it. Do you have the service and installation manual for it? I can't find it onlineYou are spot on. It is mark 1.
That's the reason for asking: what part of the boiler relate water pressure information to the PCB, so it shows error 04?
My thought exactly. I dont have service and instalation manual unfortunatelly. In the one you provided there is a DOMESTIC FLOW SWITCH / FILTER P/n 1488. I wonder if this has anythign to do with the problem - it has electrical connection:if there is no water pressure switch then it can't be water pressure info going to the PCB, it just has a gauge by the look of it. Sure isNot sure it is the diaphragm under the plunger.

I mean the diaphragm was replaced with good quality part.Sure is
Vokera part no 6872
Part 6867 is the bearer plate that diaphragm sits on and spindle is part no 6888
Weak capacitor. Said it multiple times. Would have cost £5 for a new one and its just a case of undoing a screw on the box on the side of the pump, pulling 2 wires out and pushing the new ones in.The pump was replaced. 3 days on, the boiler works as expected.
The old pump was not stuck/seized - rotates freely. When it does rotate.
Seems like a weak pump - I am not sure what 'weak' means, but it seems the pump can not produce enough pressure to operate the plunger as described in the above post.
Thanks everyone.
