The bloke continually has sex with a 16 year old and at no time thinks , hold on 16 is cutting it close could this one actually be 15 .....or less.
where it happened , what phone apps she had, why she didn’t live at home, all irrelevant.
How come you are judge, jury and hangman without hearing and SEEING ALL the evidence that the judge saw.

How do you remotely and legitimately verify a persons' age, without their knowledge or input?
Looking at the case it does seem unusual. The fact that she had a car and a place to live..? Eh? What is that all about?

No one would be shocked if it were a 19yr old and a 16yr old, but still raise eyebrows. Standard stuff in the Deep south USA. You'd still have to be a moron though, to plough on ahead like he did, with a fresh faced teen who he has only just met.

Most people in this country don't agree with what the judges give as a sentence, they seem to be out of touch.

The Mail on line can't be relied upon for accurate reporting.
What it does rely on is sensationalism.
It even tries to vilify the judge.

Why is it referred to as rape? It says: “Raped multiple times”
I don’t see anywhere that states the girl didn’t want it or she was groomed.

It seems to me they were both vulnerable, needy people.

That's one of the reasons why he's been convicted.
The hormones at that age make everything foggy...

I believe any sex with an under 13 is classed as rape because it is deemed the child is unable to give consent.
It's a legal definition and takes no account of the maturity or immaturity of the victims nor the 'rapist'.
The sentence is farcical. But it’s ok because he has a loving family and he’s stupid. ffs?

Your opinion is based on a sensational article in a media that relies on such material to justify its existence.
You have a history of believing sensational articles in such media.
Fortunately, we have a judicial system that does not rely on media sensationalism.

How come you are judge, jury and hangman without hearing and SEEING ALL the evidence that the judge saw.

ah ok, that makes sense -it allows for sensationalist MD headlines
