I'm looking to wall mount a tablet (probably Android) to run Action Tiles so it will show CCTV & various sensor status.
The wall mount part is straight forward as there appear to be plenty of universal holders on eBay that will mount it against the wall.
I was thinking to sink a double back box behind the tablet and run a mains supply into it (spur) and then use a 230AC to 5v DC transformer with a micro USB cable connected to the LV side. This would then power the tablet.

Does this sound like a good solution? I can't find anything else off the shelf that might do it other than a single faceplate with USB outlet & transformer built into the plate. Doing it this way though means the USB plug would poke out and could not be concealed which is not what I want.
The wall is also solid brick and not stud work so couldn't conceal much behind it other than what I can put in a back box.
