Wet or Dry rot?

looks like dry rot to me with the brittle dried out timber and the spore growths. whats under the tiles?

Thanks, we haven't lifted the tiles yet but will do.

definitely dry rot can tell by the root like tendrils.
Is the floor solid or suspended timber if timber you will need to check any ends that are in the wall.Remeber the bloody stuff can travel upto2foot through brick.
