What car

I used that one as an example of what can be bought for that money.
The Skylines are good, worst mistake I made was selling my GT-R33 a few years ago.
Some of the tat, i admit, is over the top but some looks very good. I had a veilside kit on mine and it just made it look nicer in my opinion.
But I always used to laugh at the number of Clio cup and the newer clio sport youngsters that would try to race me.

Each to their own. The bodykit is the worst piece of council tat on it.

But then I like a subtle look and don't kid myself my car is a "head turner" because I have a fibregash bodykit on it.

Personally I didn't like the rather early 90's squareness of the bog standard Skyline and the vielside was a pretty subtle additive that took away that square edge. Plus, mine was properly fitted and bonded so that it didn't look like it had just been stuck on.
So Nickso, how do you feel about when the likes of Ferarri and Porsche apply kits that don't actually serve any other purpose than to make the car look better? (e.g the added "scaffold" spolier to the GTR3 911 that isn't on the GTR2 but also doesn't add any additional downforce.
Interested to get people's views on what's necessary and what isn't :D
