Lol....only been here 24 hours Eddie..Seems better than MK or P/Boro at first glance.Premier Inn £35 quid inc free bj...Had worse.

Finished painting the hall...almost! Had to thin the paint out with a drop of water for the second coat so that I didn’t need to go out and get another half can. All done bar 1” above the skirtings as I had them off for the flooring and filled them so I’ll sand them down before painting them and finish the job off properly by the weekend. Promise!

Twiddled my thumbs, tidied some component bins and improved the stocklist I made for them, fixed a burner, twiddled my thumbs some more.
(Lots of work in the pipeline, just nothing come through yet) got paid for it so Im not fussed.

Went to a socially distanced funeral this morning, no hymns, just some tunes and a well researched speech by the "celebrant" , no bun fight just a chat in the car park

Someone tested at 38 deg + multiple times.
Although very unlikely to have the 'rona (law of averages ; he's probably only slightly less likely to be pregnant!), 2020 is the year of the 'rona so, in the absence of a negative test result, he's "unclean".
So, both he and his kids are now persona non grata, for the time being.

I had an elastic snap on a disposable mask last week.
One of the hazards of our time. Like chapped hands after overdosing on sanitiser.
May even be noteworthy during next lockdown. Not yet though.
