I retired from my training business at the end of June and just do the odd bit of consultancy and quality assurance work for another training provider. Just had a call from my regular client asking me to consider running my business with a new cohort for another academic year. I told them absolutely not! Said I’d consider working one more term up to Christmas to upgrade the quals for the existing students which will give me time to get rid of tools and equipment that I won’t need and generally tidy up my workshop and yard before putting it up for rental in the new year. They said they'd let me know but to be honest, I'm half hoping I don’t hear back from them - I’ve had enough of working - it’s seriously interfering with my dog walking, allotment tending, TV watching and afternoon naps!
