Just the weekly shop this morning but I snagged some free kipper fillets with a voucher that I got last week. According to the voucher, I was #2 'top buyer' in Sainsburys last year???

I wonder if that was just for the kippers though?

Yes, but will be getting them online with a prescription. £1.55 each, 2 a day.

Hmm. Kipper and jam sandwiches. You may have something there! I know they're nice with yoghurt and jam for breakfast, as you well know from my breakfast thread.

I don't hold with all these newfangled things like plastic shoes and lager.

Thanks for the tip. The shoes have settled nicely around my feet and the tongue no longer cuts into my foot so all is well snug in my world.
plastic shoes are an abomination and should be melted down into something useful; like a bat to beat some sense into the heads of people who buy such ghastly things.

Didn't work - wouldn't connect to my laptop. Already boxed and returned. Might try another make.

And already refunded back onto my card. Say what you like about Amazon, you can't fault their returns/refund policies.

Whenever I send something back, it is only refunded after receipt of the item.
