A personalised video message for one of my mates on his birthday. £12. Bought from HERE. Don't open if you’re the sensitive type!

Wahoo kickr thru axle adapter set.

Had to Google that one. Guessing you've got quick release axles on your bike? I prefer proper wheel nuts for my old bike as it gets locked up quite a bit. Mainly outside pubs. I fear quick release will make it easier for crims to relieve me of my wheels. Unless they do high security quick releasers - which may defeat the object. However I probably shouldn't worry about bike thieves with what I've got - unless they're particularly into antiques. :giggle:

I told her it was better than a slice of Pooh.

Not QR, thru axle (internal hex at one end)

Still stealable, but would need a 5mm hex key.

Adapter if for attaching the bike to a turbo trainer (I'll probably manage to fall off this one too) :ROFLMAO:

5 lever mortice lock for my BTL. Finally got the tenants out, 11 months of no rent or arrears payments over past year. First time in the place for months, it's been left like a proverbial sh1thole. Will probably cost £2-3k if not more to put right.

The hysterical (not really) thing is, I am/was in the process of going through a formal application for eviction, and that organisation contacted me last month to advise even if they find in my favour, the eviction might not be enforceable for another 6 months due to temporary legislation here in Scotland.

So, in theory, had my tenants not fecked off, they might have been able to stay put until Sep/Oct time without paying rent/arrears.

But hey, like all landlords I'm a multi-millionaire so I'm not p1ssed off about any of it ...

My heart goes out to you. I've done a few refurbs for a BTL landlord (as well as the routing repairs/maintenance, he had 5 but sold them all off just before Covid. I've seen things most people wouldn't believe, you probably would.

I feel for you. Know what you are going to have to deal with.
My bad tenants left when the washing machine packed in - it had stopped heating the water and the miserable **** couldn't be bothered to tell me - I guess they didn't want me to see inside the property, every time I went to do an inspection they weren't in and the curtains were closed.

My Uncle moved into a pub that he was managing and rented his house out. Eventually the tenants stopped paying the rent. It took him exactly a year to get them out and he's no mug. They wrecked the place. Turned me right off of BTL. I’ll probably rent my workshop out when I retire but that’s just basically four walls and a roof. I think it’s a bit different with commercial lets. Anyway, it’s worth more selling as a building plot so if it got to a non-paying stage, I’d burn the place down!
