£25. It's a Gallium Nitride (GaN) charger. Gets good reviews. I wouldn’t say it was particularly cheap.

I purchased a USB- C charger for my laptop. I it will do fast charging for my phone, but not the super fast charging, which I guess is IP owned by Qualcomm.

It’s not for a phone. It’s for my three battery drone charging hub. This one. It’s supposed to support fast charging.

My understanding is that USB devices, negotiate charging rates, with what ever charger they are plugged into, so they will not charge any faster than they are designed to charge.

It will work - just overpowered for the drone.

Reading up on the charging dock I have, it says it supports QC and USB PD fast charging. There was no mention of that on the charger I bought. I’m going to buy a charger that supports that.

Now that Susie has got a bit of arthritis in one of her back legs, she’s finding it increasingly difficult to jump up on the bed and the sofa - it's 50/50 these days whether she makes it or bounces off and lands on her back. I've just ordered her a set of steps to allow her to get up on her own accord. She'll love 'em.

Get her a stair-lift, she'll love you even more ;)

Some months ago, Avril came home with three brand new drawers, which someone had chucked out. They've sat in the hut, waiting for 'repurposing' ever since. This week she came home carrying a three drawer unit, but lacking any drawers - which she claimed, was outside the same address, and equally brand new. The drawers, were a perfect fit, for the unit, just lacking the plastic sliders, or rather the ones fitted didn't fit properly, with several broken by the fitting. She ordered some replacements, arrived to today, and it was obvious why they had ended up broken, the predrilled in the unit peg holes, were a couple of mm to far apart. A bit of trimming of the pegs, so they fit, and it's fine.
