Watch the oil level.
The thing I really like it's so safe, compared to an open chainsaw.
I put chainsaw oil on the chain itself, every 10 minutes of sawing or so.
I must admit the automatic oiling system is poor.
I thought it may be underpowered, but it works just as it does in the video, and on greenwood.

One of the few tools I've never used, they literally fill me with dread, I know a tree surgeon and some of his stories haven't helped. As you say, that really has to be a lot safer than an open chain.

I saw something on TV recently, might have been Countryfile where a guy was using a chainsaw , had helmet & visor on but wearing a t shirt and either shorts or jeans
