There was no figure attached, but we all knew that some financial settlement was due.
It has been discussed in minute detail some time ago.

They run it much like the local council.. Whenever there's a problem, they form a committee to look at the problem. Decide what they want to do about it. Then , set up another committee to investigate possible outcomes. Set up yet another committee to examine the findings of the previous committee. Before ya know it, there's been a dozen or so "Committees" and at the end of it all, not one of them knows what's bloody happening (apart from claiming extra expenses for all these committee meetings)
