could some one please explain how the replies to my original post concerning the behaviour of my six year year boy after drinking a J"O drink got moved to a totally different tpic now called smacking kids?

some replies on there still refer to my post titled 'behaviour'..... ???

I didnt read it either and Agree with jbonding, hitting kid's is telling them violence is acceptable behavour.
If I got the wrong end of the stick I apologise.

Getting back to the original topic of 'behaviour' I agree that people who smack should be beaten by someone at least twice their size, but only on the bum or back of the legs....wouldn't want to go too far

I replied to your post about your little boy and then unfortunately tried to have a sensible discussion on disciplining children with Joe-90. Silly me I know but I'm new here - it won't be happening again!

It does appear that your post has been hijacked. I came to write a reply once it had got onto the smacking part and it had then been locked.
I did start another thread then to debate this topic, but then mod said you post was just being locked while he was spliting it or something? The post was then reopened and so I recopied my post to yours and asked for my post to then be deleted. Do you follow so far...I think I'm lost already! Looks like mod's also changed your posts name now?

I have not seen this happen before. (relatively new myself, since feb.ish)

topics often go astray but I have never seen replies to a persons posts get removed and re posted as replies to a totally different subject by some one else.

I am perplexed as there are direct references to my son in the replies that have been put under this new title... this seems absurd???

the topic got to page 8 before it was split, the last 6 pages were moved in bulk to the smacking topic, including anything of relevance to your post.

mods, if this is the way of the future, perhaps you should leave a message from yourselves on the original post stating that you have now moved subsequent replies to... bla bla wherever... and advise the original poster that there may be replies pertinent to them still being posted on the new title.
