Phone them direct and they will tell you where you can purchase in your area.
There the only boiler company that i know of where you can phone there chief engineer on a weekend or bank holiday and get a reply.
I've had no problems as such up to now.
Atags the same. I txted a pic msg to the guy while he was at an airport in Holland at 9pm, txt me straight back. Saved me whole lot of worry.
