Just because the other motor is perhaps a different make does not mean you can't use it, if it physically fits the mountings and the belt groove pitch and motor plug are the same. Appliance makers often source motors from more than one manufacturer but they have them made to their own spec.
The 7 pins may indicate a centre tapped field coil but not always. There is normally a thermal overload cut-out in series with one of the brushes but sometimes there is also a connection direct to the brush, probably for the diagnostics circuitry.
